New Members – Mandatory CrossFit Intro Sessions

Before joining our group sessions, all new members must complete the CrossFit Intro program consisting of three 45-minute semi-private sessions with our certified CrossFit trainer. The purpose of these sessions is to teach you the proper posture and technique for all CrossFit movements. After completing the CrossFit Intro program, you will be ready to join our regular group classes. New members MUST choose a membership option consisting of the INTRO. ———————————————————————————————————-

Important info

    • Discounts for groups of 5 or more
    • Refunds: No refunds are permitted.
    • Cancellation: Members may cancel, in writing, their membership with a fee equal to 2 months of their current membership option. If a member is moving more than 40km of their current location, membership cancelation fee is waived.
    • Membership can be postponed only once for a maximum of 1 month only for a valid reason.
